Gaining trust through diverse representation throughout the program build trust between the learner and the organization.
I learned that due to their Military experience you have to think outside the box. Military students face different challenges than your average student and you have to adapt to heir challenges to gain trust. I have a good amount of Military students and I treat them with respect and understanding.
