Confronting contradictions involves examining and resolving inconsistencies between a person’s statements, actions, or beliefs. It can encourage critical thinking, helping people reconcile differences and make more informed, consistent career decisions.
I have learned to never let self doubt be the reason as to why you can not succeed in life.
I absolutely loved the reframing and contradictions section. I most definitely plan to use these techniques more often. I like the reminders not to use the words But , instead a great one to use is "On the other hand".
I learned that self sabotage is common especially if you have low self esteem or doubt yourself.
