Interesting question Julian. Not sure what you mean by limit on community resources. Each community is different. Some have resources to assist students in the job search such as Workforce offices. There are networking resources held by various groups in any given city. Usually listed in the business sections of newspapers. As to agencies, there are various government agencies depending on the student's background such as vocational rehabilitation, veteran's etc. For now you might want to focus on how you can set up an effective placement office at your school.
