Wilma, Can you provide a bit more detail to your responses? YOu might want to create a list of what you can do at your school to show your students you truly care. And to offer many opportunities so they learn how to get through the job search process successfully. It's not just about going on an interview. It takes a lot of preparation ahead of time. And lot of helping students get over the fears of the job search. You might want to list 10 - 20 career placement activities to put in place at your school. Best wishes, Susan
