Do you know of any good resources for effective employer contacting with how to get through the gatekeeper and reach the hiring managers at companies?
Interesting question, Tom. Getting through to the hiring managers? One way is networking in the community. Get to know business people and those in your industry. Then you'll have their direct lines. Another way is through your grads. Keep in contact with them and know where they work. They will tell you about job openings and get you to the right people. Invite all employers and potential employers to your school. Let people know you are there. You'll get through. It takes time. Good luck, Susan
