Is OSS really the answer?
I have a student how has had out of school suspension for fighting three times within 16 days, for fighting. I feel that sending this student home is clearly not solving anything. So far the Trauma Educational Awareness course has stated "when a bullying episode occurs, mental health services become urgent. Trauma is obviously in plain sight." What are other, more appropriate ways the school can be responding to this child?
