The application for renewal has a deadline listed in bold on the cover letter accompanying the renewal materials. It is very important to submit a complete packet prior to the deadline: A) to avoid the substantial fine -the amount of which is also listed in the letter; and B) it makes a bad impression on your institution, to submit late materials which, may cause concern at the TWC about your operations.
