Representative standard

According to the defination in the Representatives piece "Any person who directly enrolls students or provides school information such as tuition, curriculum or class schedule is acting as a representative".... Does this mean that Program directors and Financial aid personel who discuss tuition and curriculum should be registered with TWC?

Hello Neda,
That is a good question. You may be wondering where to draw the line regarding who needs to be submitted to TWC-CSC for Representative approval. The bottom line is that only those with the admissions representative title need to be registered. The representative is responsible for providing tuition and other information to prospective students prior to enrollment and/or application for enrollment. Such information is included in the school catalog and likely in other admissions material which should be provided to the prospect prior to meeting with Financial Aid staff. I don't believe there is any concern with Program Directors discussing curriculum, class schedule etc. during the tour or otherwise outside of the admissions department. Please note: Receptionists in particular should not discuss any school information with callers due to this rule - unless registered/approved as a representative.
