Director Designee

With smaller schools in mind, does a designee need to register as a representative if they in the absence of a school director, the designee is meeting with presepective students and approving enrollment contracts?

Michael,

Yes, you must register with TWC as an authorized designee to conduct business in the absence of the school director. This is done by filing the necessary paperwork and having the approval on file at the school.

Yes, I am registered as a staff designee with TWC and have completed the necessary forms; however, do I also need to register as a representative in addition if I will be meeting potential students and signing enrollment contracts in the absence of my director.

Anyone that participates in the recruitment and enrollment process must be a registered representative.

thank you!
