This is crucial...YOU are the face/voice of the school. You want to give the best impression to the student. You can't be sloppy or scatterbrained. You need to give him/her a clear, concise point by point outline of the school and everything it offers as well as what is expected once the student is enrolled.

Orginization will create confidence by the prospective student, that you know what you are doing.

As professionals, we must all lead by example. By being prepared, organized, and articulate, we are raising the expectations of our prospective students. Being organized means you can access information quicker and deliver it with confidence, thus, gaining the trust of the person you are interviewing.

Organization is a key factor to making sure that you protect and able to find your students documentations. Going above and beyond and being accountable and prepared for having the proper paperwork and other documents.
