I have had similar results where we get the career services staff engaged with education with workshops, trainings to prepare the students to their success and be able to see positive results in retention and placement.

Great. Yes, it is important to involve the entire school in career services. Getting a job has to be on the minds of everyone. Depending on the department, each person on staff can have a different approach to keeping students focused on the end result - graduate and seek employment. Each person has a different way of assisting students. Thanks, Susan
