Describe a situation where planning time effectively benefitted you and one of your employees in a situation?

I brought my entire team in on a retention issue.I was so pleasantly surprised at all the great ideas they came up with! Some of them are still in place today. The best one was a freshman to senior mentor program. It is important to note that good programs must still be monitored and supervised

My planned time provided me and my coworkers because I shared my creative ideas with all. The students benefited and the effort on my part turned into a collaborative project.
