Meditation

I have found that meditation greatly decreases my levels of stress. Even simple five minute meditations can make all the difference in the outcome of a situation. It would be helpful if guided meditations were offered by the company to help decrease the amount of stress of it's employees.

Meditation is a great way to come to some calm and meaningful decisions. When you can make this a practice you will be on the right path.

I work in doors all day long. I have found that taking five minutes to just get away from all the hustle of work has improved my stress level. Even though I have 30min for lunch, if it's not raining I go outside to a quiet place and just enjoy the outdoors as much as possible. Last 5min of my lunch I mediate. This has helped me so much.
