Stress Management

What is the best way to approach your supervisor about having your workload too high?

Lila,
Honesty, is best for a frank discussion. If you can reveal any data for proof it will help. A time on task analysis is the good use of your time to make a point.

Lila,

Being honest about your workload is great. Good supervisor always have a open door policy as well as a listening ear. They may not be able to change things initially but the fact that they listened and gave their undivided attention is a plus!

Charlotta,
Being a leader is the ability to recognize workloads and also to know how to get 100% production from each employee.
