setting goals

I often find it hard to reach my long term goals because I want things to happen overnight, however, I am learning how to be patient.

to help with this, set periodic milestones, this way you are accomplishing short term & long term.

In my opinion....goal setting is essential. It sets your course of action and helps you accomplish so much more than if you just woke up without a plan. My analogy.... would you want to drive around all day and not know where you are going? It would be a waste of time and gas right? Every day and month you should have a plan of what needs to be done, a check off list per say, to make you more organized and sharpen your time management skills. When your have these goals in written format it makes you more accountable and it demonstrates how productive you can be when you follow your map of action.
