How do I set goals where my salon business relies 100% on staff and their clientele?

I would focus on how many clientele they have and things they can do to increase clientele. Expectation would be that they increase by 10%/year...get feed back from clientele what do they look for what other services would they like to see? Nails, massage, pedicure... some basic questions like what they thought of the cleanliness of the establisment... was your cosmotologist friendly and personable...what are your favorite products... let your imagination fly
