Goals - almost meeting them

I never realized that by breaking down your goals and evaluating the steps needed to accomplish them could be so in depth. Maybe this is why I have bailed on personal goals because I have not had realistic goals and broken them down into the steps needed to take to accomplish them.

I had the same thought while going through the section on prioritizing goals.

I thought of several examples where I had set a personal goal, and beat myself up for failing to meet that goal, when in fact I had not considered any of the smaller components in between the conceptualization and the point of perceived failure.

this is why I really like the idea of doing the baseline on where I am, setting the goal, & then developing the strategy to get there.
