handling stress

I find after a tough day at the office, if I go home, change into some comfortable clothing, and take the dog for a long walk, it tends to take the stress away, helps my weight (the thought of which adds more stress), and puts the work day in a totally different perspective

When I get home a hot shower and a good book does the trick,while in class I talk about something positive in class

Right now the way I handle stress is to snack, which is the worst thing I can do. With nicer weather approaching, I will redirect my stress into a nice long walk. Wish me luck!
