Finding healthy ways to deal with stress is always a challenge. Meditation helps some people, but others prefer a more physical approach, like going to the gym or running

I agree, everyone has their own way of dealing with stress. For me, it's just walking away from the workload for a short period of time. This gives me the chance to regroup.

I agree stress can mentally and physically hurt you, I like to do meditation and I also like to draw and paint, that helps with my stress levels
