Great tips for handling stress

Are there any areas of stress management that you can add? I find that taking a hour or two every day (just for me) helps with feeling good about where I am at? That hour or two could be anything from taking a walk alone (or with someone), taking some time and surfing the web, or even a call to someone I enjoy talking with. The "me time" keeps my "Mental Emotions" in check.

Also doing things if you do not have time for an hour a day for yourself. Even in the car alone, turn off the radio, or put in a cd of your favorite music. Take the time that you do have and use it wisely.

I've replaced listening to NPR with downloading podcasts for my drive to work. I still keep up on events but its nice to be the person laughing to themselves sitting in traffic.
