Stress Relief

How can an individual reduce stress on a daily basis?

i have found that exersise is the best way to deal with stress. Just have a good hard workout and you will feel much better at the end.

Form of mental break, if you can't get in a hard exercise. Take a moment for yourself anything at that point will help.

You can reduce stress by finding activtes that can help reduce the stress. I always find something postive to look at or due before going to work each day. A simple thing like taking the dog for a walk lets you look at the postive things in your life not just focusing on the things you have to do.

When I get the chance I go offrode riding into the mountains and Acheive 2 things at once. 1. Exercise and 2. Stress relief. During the week I plan ahead to not let time constraints build up any addition stress as well.
