EVERYONE EXPERIENCES STRESS AND IT IS IMPORTANT TO LEARN HOW TO HANDLE IT WELL. SOME STRESS IS POSITIVE AND WILL HELP YOU ACCOMPLISH GOALS. NEGATIVE STRESS SHOULD BE DEALT WITH BEFORE IT BECOMES A PROBLEM AND CAUSES A BURNOUT.

stress is just one of the couses of under achiving your goals in the job sceario, and one has to know how to over come this plroblem

I agree totally, it depends on each scenerio but can be a major burnout and problem daily.

stress serves a valued purpose in the work place but we all need to be careful and be able to recognize when it has become a problem and seek the necessary help or it could become our downfall.

how does one go about telling someone they are nearing burn out

"Everything in moderation," including stress.
