Working With the Boss That is Never Wrong

How many of you have worked for a manager or boss that always say themselves as Mr. Right and never wrong? How did you adjust to his or her managing style and did you let him or her know that they are not always right?

My supervisor prefers all communicationt to be short and to the point. No fluff allowed. However, he tends to dismiss your concerns after you get out only a few sentences, always saying that I am over reacting and nothing is really wrong. I find that if I send my concerns in an email, he usually reads the entire thing. He still may dismiss it, but at least he reads the entire thought process first.

He can say he is wrong, but he never does anything about it. Even when it is proven beyond doubt. We still continue down the same road and then we have to manage the mess when it arrives.
