Bosses

I have found that bosses require feedback on their actions to help them to be better bosses

Agreed Chris. If there is no feedback they may assume what they are doing is effective. If it is not and there is no feedback indicating such the boss might be making decisions that will ultimately hurt the organization or project. It seems to always be easier to agree wih someone than to disagree...and it can take be an effort for some to disagree or present a less than favorable viewpoint to a boss.
