Although I agree Eric that the term "coaching" is fairly simple, the actual application of "coaching" is going to be extremely complex. Since every individual is different, not all coaching strategies will work the same. It is important that we understand the complex nature of people and the different techniques of coaching that we can apply. The different scenarios that were presented, in my opinion, really helped showcase the basics of coaching but also how complex this concept really is.
