Listening Course
This course was very interesting and I learned some things that was important to me. Sometimes I make the mistake of trying to solve my students problems or thinking for them, I now understand that this is one thing I should avoid to become a better listener.
Yes, this is a course that everyone can benefit from.
These are great ideas not only for us but to teach our students. We talk about this in career development,a class every student takes.
I have learned from personal experience that I sometimes need a listener; just hear me out, then I can probably solve the problem myself. I need to stay aware of this when dealing with students. Often, they just need me to listen.
