How often have we opted to say nothing since the look said it all?
Many times, specailly as a leader!!!!
Most of the time I don't need words at all.
My facial expression give me away.
That's actually a great point, due to your body language. An individual can mentally assume they know what you are thinking.
I have to watch my nonverbal responses quite often, because what is perceived is not always taken in the right manner or how I am meaning it. A verbal comment would help those present to understand a bit more where I am coming from not to allow for so much interpretation.
Definetly, it needs to be profesional too.
I get this all the time. I found watching my expressions in the mirror help me to better control the message i am trying to send
