I agree, Amy. This tutorial reminded me that I need to find ways to directly and orally communicate information. I rarely have the opportunity to be face to face with all of the people that I need to communicate with so I resort to e-mailing. I need to take the time to visit the different groups that I work with to ensure that they understand and attend to the information I disseminate.

I couldn't agree more. Sitation-specific communication is important to identify and implement. The easiest and most time-efficient form of communication is often inadequate in relaying the information at hand.
