Effective Communication

In my opinion, this is the number one and most important issue. We must have each member of the team 'buy' into whatever it is we are about. It may take all of the rest of this to get there, but we must get 'there'.

Team work is important for the success of the organisation.It's proper that all should understand the objectives and goals of the organisation for maximum success. This information should be written and oral and it should be repeated for full understanding of all participants.

I completely agree, Chuck. Every member of the group or team needs to be well informed to be prepared for any and all events that come our way. Without strong communication, it is likely there will be some individuals who lack the information needed to benefit the team.

Agreed. Multiple ways of communicating the goals and objectives increases the probability that the information was received and understood.

Communicating/checking in with each other from time to time is important also, making sure no one has lost sight of the overall objective or how to best get there.
