Managing Direct Report Insecurities due to rapid changes

How do you effectively manage insecurities and subsequently motivate your direct reports when upper management is experience a series of personnel changes?

Jeanette,
this is definitely a challenge. The best thing is to reassure them that you are there for them & you will be their greatest supporter & cheerleader. They are wondering about their own security at this point, and while you cannot guarantee anything, letting them know that you understand what they are going through & will help all you can is huge.
