Keeping superiors on meeting agenda is challenging.

At times during my meetings, I find that it is difficult to keep my bosses on track and to stay within the time and agenda. Any pointers so I can bring the meeting back to the agenda on time without upsetting them?

Charles,

I have sat through many a meeting where the leader did not have good meeting etiquette. I usually make sure I am the one to mention could we please get back to the agenda. At first they find it annoying but in time they realize how much they are off track. All meetings should have action items first and discussion info later. If the discussion becomes without relevancy you could tune out or leave.
