Leadership

This training lesson served as an excellent reminder of little things that can be passed over or forgotten when attempting to lead and unify members of the work force.

I agree with Phillip. I have found that I have overlooked many of these details in an attempt to push team members toward accomplishing our goals. These were the "details" that as a peer I focused on constantly achieving. As a leader I have forgotten many of the lessons I learned that got me where I am today.
I appreciated the introspective glimpse of my leadership skills.

I agree with Phillip and Gil. When under pressure to meet deadlines, as a leader, I tend to forget some of the details mentioned in this lesson. I appreciate this lesson because it serves as a reminder that we need to keep all these details at the forefront so that we can be an effective leader, not only in the office but in the home as well.
