Have you ever encountered a problem with the culture of an organization wanting to keep things the way they are? How did you respond?

Good question. The organizational leadership have to establish a mind set that change is good. Sadly it is the nature or people to hold on to the "same." This is a challenge but can be done little by little until employees are no longer afraid to think differently and are encouraged to be innovative. You might start by offering Innovation Awards and rewarding staff for presenting new and well thought-out ideas. When there are monetary awards, where possible, it tends to get a lot of attention and speed up creative mind set thinking. Thanks, Susan
