Holistic Approach to Teaching

Do you think the fast pace of online teaching enviroment allows you, the educators, for the holistic approach and evaluation of the learning process, other than the learning outcomes?

Many times it does not allow holistic approach because fast pace end up putting emphasis on how soon the course is completed and grades are posted.
Thats an interesting question. How would you incorperate that into your classroom?
