Mystery of the Chapter
I think I will use the mystery appraoch with the brown bag. I think it will be a fun activity for students especially when they are working with identifying the definitive diagnoses of diseases.

I've used the brown bag approach with a speech classbut will definitely use this idea with my next med term class.

I am part of a group test piloting a new learner platform software for our College and I think posting the Mystery Word of the Week would be a good way to get students to both learn more difficult terms and also encourage them to get involved in using the new online, internet-based materials we will be developing. I have done something similar to this in past Anatomy & Physiology classes for extra credit points. The students really liked them and appreciated them.
