Generation Y
There is a book on the best sellers list titled 'My Reality Check Bounced' that is all about Generation Y and is excellent reading.
I completely agree. It gives grate incite to a generation that i thought I understood well but after reading this book it diffidently changed my perspective of the matter and encourage everyone to read this book to further your knowledge on Generation Y and get the realities of Generation Y not the common misconceptions.
It is a terrific guide to Gen Y. The author tears down the notion of opportunity knocking at your door and asserts that opportunity must be found. This is also a great lesson in teaching Gen Y to become more active participants in their foraging for knowledge.

yes, thank you for highlighting that point. While Gen Y has many positive attributes, one thing I've found is that many of them want to be spoon fed, rather than being active participants in the search for knowledge.
