Teaching ADA students

Being a ADA instructor I realize the problems
handicap people have. This program widened my prospecive to other forms of handicap situations.

I have dealt with hearing impaired, using signing, wheelchair users. Those that I worked with did not believe they were handicapped. Yes some accomadation were need, but their drive and determination made the teaching easy.

John,
I am not quite sure what "being an ADA instructor means. The fact that you have had experience teaching students with disabilities in the classroom does not give you insight into disability, so much as it speaks to your experience as a teacher. Remember, students with disabilities are more LIKE every other student than they are different. I am glad your experiences with students with disabilities have been positive. It gives you a positive outlook on the students to come.
