Motivated Students
Among students who are motivated and committed to attaining an education, what are the significant problems that adaptive learning may solve?
IT can keep the information relevant and upto date. In addition the instrucotr can feel more confident that the material is up to date and the teaching methods compliment the overall age generation
Adaptive learning caters to the individual student instead of generalizing everyone into a single category of education. It appeals to the individuals who are eager for instant gratification with technology as a resource. In the culinary school I teach at, we use the Internet often searching for ideas and inspiration for projects. We also use online resume builders and various search engines to network and find job opportunities. The use of adaptive learning upens up a large source of information and ideas for students.
Reply to Ray Estrada's post: in my opinion, the most importent aspect adaptive learning is individualized, self paced, and grasping the materials in their own level of strength.
