outcomes

the outcomes or goals are very important so the student knows exactly what is to be exspected at the end af the class.

I will give my students a small goal every day to meet their clinical objectives

Yes, the outcome will reflect the students confidence in their ability to apply the content. Having the goals presented at the beginning of the course will allow the student to prepare to reach those goals throughout the course.

Student learning outcomes also let the student see progress towards his or her own goals. If I start the week by stating that at the end of this period of instruction the student will be able to do 1…. 2….. And 3…….. The student can gage their progress at the end of the week and see that they are learning they are developing. They are moving towards their larger goals.
