A leader and class manager

You should believe in yourself, be excited about what you do and have the learning experience front and center. That is when you have their attention and focus on you, the leader and class management.

Hi Joan:
To me, a good manager can make arrangements, organize materials, set up and monitor systems, and deliver good organized lesson.

A good classroom leader may all of the above traits, but is also able to persuade students to "go a certain direction" to achieve desired learning. This may be in the category of certain study methods, attending non-required study groups, following optional directions on various assignments, or giving directions that may or may not be followed.

The leader will lead to success. They are a leader because the students trust the opinion and believe the teacher has the student's interest always in focus.
