One of the most valuable concepts I learned is that students have different learning styles and benefit from a variety of instructional methods. Some students learn best through visual materials, while others prefer listening, reading, discussion, or hands-on activities. Instructors should design lessons that incorporate multiple teaching strategies to engage all learners and improve knowledge retention. In my nursing courses, I plan to combine lectures, demonstrations, videos, group discussions, simulations, and hands-on practice to meet diverse learning needs.
