Zach, Absolutely. Continual assessment of our teaching is needed not matter what teaching techniques you use. Dr. Moody Crews

Zach, Yes, screening is important. As you know some YouTube videos are great and others are not. Dr. Moody Crews

Lindsay, I would ask myself why the student isn't motivated and what could I do to help change that. Dr. Moody Crews

Zach, The ability to watch the lectures as often as the student needs to is very important. They can't do that with the traditional lecture that takes place in the classroom. Dr. Moody Crews

Lindsay, That's great. I'm willing to bet that if you compare that class session to one of traditional lecture, your students enjoyed and learned more from the group work. Dr. Moody Crews

Zach, All good points. There is something to be said for gradual change. That type of change is often much easier to swallow and digest. Dr. Moody Crews
