Adaptive learning is a great tool that can serve as an excellent complement for any other type of learning/teaching process.

The main contribution of adaptive learning is to teach the subjects at the student's own pace, therefore they can achieve all the necessary knowledge to become profecient in the matter without the set backs that an ordinary teaching method can create. SERVICE LEARNING SHOULD GET TO BE NOT ONLY A PART OF THE CURRICULUM BUT AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE STUDENT EDUCATION.

MANY EMPLOYERS HAVE DISCOVER THAT STUDENTS THAT PARTICIPATE IN SERVICE LEARNING HAVE A BETTER CONCEPT OF WHAT THE REAL JOB MAY BE.

THEY WILL BE USING CRITICAL THINKING AND PROBLEM SOLVING ON REAL PROBLEMS AND GETTING THE SOLUTIONS FOR THEM.

THEREFORE, THE BENEFIT FOR THE STUDENTS IS ONLY MATCHED WITH THE BENEFIT RECEIVED BY THE COMMUNITY.

SERVICE LEARNING SHOULD BE A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR BOTH THE STUDENT AND THE COMMUNITY.

THEREFORE, THERE MUST BE COMMITMENT AND INTEGRATION FROM ALL ACTIVE PARTIES.

I AM NOT TOTALLY IN AGREEMENT WITH THE PASS-FAIL PROPOSAL FOR EVALUATION, EVENTHOUG I WILL BE WILLING TO LOOK INTO IT FURTHER.

IT IS OF UPMOST IMPORTANCE TO HAVE FEEDBACK FROM BOTH THE STUDENTS AND THE COMMUNITY. THIS WILL CONTRIBUTE TO KEEP EVERYBODY INVOLVE IN THE PROJECT AND GET A SENCE OF BELONGING IN THE PROJCT AND THE COMMUNITY BENEFITS.

THROUGH SERVICE LEARNING WE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY OF FORMING BETTER PROFESSIONALS AND BETTER PERSONS FOR THE COMMUNITY.

IN ADDITION TO THIS IT SENSIBILIZES THE COMMUNITY TOWARDS THE WORK AND VALUE OF THE SCHOOL AND STUDENTS THAT ARE PREFORMING ESSENSIAL WORK THAT ARE VERY NEEDED IN THE COMMUNITY.

IT ALSO INTEGRATES THE SHOOL, THE SYUDENTS AND THE COMMUNITY INTO SELECTING AND IDENTIFYING THE NEEDS AND THEN STABLISHING PROGRAMS TO IMPLEMENT THE SOLUTIONS TO THOSE NEEDS, THEREFORE, INTEGRATING ALL INTO THE PLANNIG AND IMPROVE THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THESE PROGRAMS.

THE MAIN IMPORTANCE OF THIS PART TO ME WAS THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE USE OF SUPPORT MATERIAL FOR YOUR CLASSES.

ALSO MAKING NOTES FOR STABLISHING AN ORDER AND A FLOW OF THE CONTENT, BEING LOGICAL, SEQUENCTIAL AND ENGAGING.

IN ORDER TO MAKE A GOOD LESSON PLAN YOU MUST DEFINE THE OBJECTIVES.

OBJECTIVES MUST BE CLEAR, SPECIFIC AND MEASURABLE SO THAT THEY WILL SERVE THE PURPOSE OF HELPING BOTH TE TEACHER AND THE STUDENTS TO UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE AND NEED TO KNOW WHAT'S BEING TAUGHT IN THE COURSE.

IN ADDITION THERE MUST BE SET STANDARDS THAT CAN MATCH THE NECESSARY NEEDS FOR THE THE STUDENTS IN THIS FIELD.

Planning your lessons is a very important part of teaching, it will help you have a more organized material for your classes.

You should document all your classes and the plans for it, not only will it be helpful for you, but in case of the need for a substitute, if you give him your documented plans for the classes and give also your own comments and thoughts on the subject, it will make it very easy for the proffesor and it will help your students very much because they will not be losing any time. 

Be flexible with your students.

Prepare tour classes with enough time in order to have your lessons ready.

Understand your position, your strengths and weaknesses.
