Working with the staff allows a new employee to see what jobs are handled by different people in different departments. There will always be some employees that are more approachable than others for help. I think the graph provided in this training for "Placement and Career Services" would be very helpful for overall references at an institution. The type of service and some details and the contact person or resource to obtain answers. This graph could be created for all aspects of the agents' function at a school.
