Limitations

What surprised you as you read about language and information you can and cannot use when communicating with prospective students?

It was surprising to me that the training addressed that an agent may not "promise" the student's completion date. I realize that it is required to have the projected completion date on the enrollement and that is a reasonable guess and not a "promise". It would be prudent practice to avoid any dangerous language such as to "promise" anything to a student.

Voni,

I completely agree with avoiding language such as, promise and guarantee.
