Thank You for your video Jessie! It was excellent!
Bernie Malabanan
This is an excellent video. The first step is making sure that the student is comfortable working with you. Rapport must be established first for a successful collaboration.
Kiara Jones
Pinpointing the problem by focusing on their strengths and weaknesses is really great advice.
Miranda Horn
Very helpful Jesse! Seeing that everyone learns at different rates and has different learning styles, I think pinpointing where their problems lye will defiantly be affective moving forward.
Eric Henthorn
Good advice. I like the "pain points".
Valerie Dendy
Pinpointing is a great strategy unless there are multiple students that are struggling. At that point I would figure it is my teaching style and would question the students to see what part of my teaching may be confusing or too complicated for beginners. Most of us have been in the healthcare field for years and what seems standard knowledge to us is very difficult for the novice.

Thank you for your video. Getting to know your students and their weak and strong points helps everyone in the class be successful.
Cassandra Anderson
Thanks for sharing your perspective! I totally agree with you that pinpointing where they are struggling and implementing an action plan is key.
Jennifer Bogan
Pinpointing and structuring a improvement plan from that point on is great!
Carla Page Campbell
I agree with you, Jesse that once a student knows that place of not being comfortable, areas of uncertainty and where they are successful will allow them to know that they can overcome any obstacle and be able to help others as well. Through trial and error, they can learn and know what works.
Mary Jo Wentzel
"Pinpoint where they are struggling the most. Pain points. Discuss plan how to be successful."
