Researchers recommend that you learn the answers to the following questions:" one of the questions was "Does your boss thrive on conflict or try to minimize it" I am not sure why but it seems I always am stuck with the boss that thrives on conflict, at least my last two jobs. Unfortunately this webinar did not give me any strategies on how to deal with a boss that thrives on conflict.
