ED109-Preparation for Lesson Planning

A key element in lesson planning is confering with professionals in the field to determnine contemporary issues and best practices.  We need to stay connected to the field rather than use pure academic resources and materials.

Dear Mr. Kipp,

I totally agree with that statement.  In the Culinary field we constantly depend on the advice and experience on our fellow chefs, some who have traveled around the world and bring to the table current information, culinary techniques and experiences.  Several times I have changed my lesson plan to reflect on new products, ideas and techniques.

I've talked to other digital artists in trying to come up with a Digital Painting syllabus, but now I think I should include input from art directors, gallery owners, collectors, etc.
