I teach aspiring makeup artists and this coaching session is going to help me a lot because part of my job is to help them achieve a level of internal success and self-confidence so that they can move forward to other segments of their program.  It's important for me to address their fears and weaknesses before they move forward.  My plan is not to judge their talent or lack of it but to encourage them and allow them to work through their weaknesses and challenges so they can develop self confidence and move forward. I feel good because some segements of this particular class reinforced that I have been on the correct path for a while. Building trustworthy relationships from the beginning is crucial.  I feel this particular class is going to be very helpful in reaching students and helping them achieving their level of success for beginners.
