I started a full time job when I was 19. I learned quickly it was best to get along with my boss. I've had good bosses and bad bosses. A good boss is easy to get along with most of the time but the bad boss, therein lies the problem. I learned to keep my answers short and to the point, get a feel for the his mood and do my job to the best of my ability to avoid as many issues as possible. By doing this I made my time with the bad boss bearable avoided quitting a good paying job
